When Fabio bought the area (1997) the place was just a degraded, exotic, grass field. Since 2001, he built the pousada, with qualified materials and environmental respect, and he planted native trees. Nowadays, the Pousada Arvoredo (30.000m²) is a beautiful bush, where you can see different species of wild animals such as: monkeys, agouties, quaties, birds (toucans, mutuns, and parrots) lizards, butterflies, etc.
Each apartment has a private balcony with a hammock to enjoy peace and comfort. Fabio and his family still live in the same area. The Arvoredo´s staff is composed of very nice people who love to receive guests and make new friends. The comfortable and friendly atmosphere is made complete with a delicious breakfast in a charming place with views to the swimming pool and green mountains.

Late check-out policy: Late checkout will be permitted for 3 hours or less if previously informed.
Children policy:
Children up to five years old with parents are free. There is a special offer for children until 6 to 11 years old, under request. For children 12 years old or more, full room rate applies.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 5(five) days prior to scheduled arrival, are free of charge. In case of low occupancy, 72 hours prior arrival are free of charge. In case of cancellations with 24 hours of arrival or no-shows, the full amount is forfeited. Special cases will be negotiated.
